Who Are We?

Mike and Louise met on the web (at match.com) in the summer of 1997. Best $9.95 Mike ever spent, or so he tells people. We were married in November 1998 (some photos soon to be here), on the only sunny day in the month - but it was cold. Mike's brother Ben was best man, and came back from Japan for three days specifically to perform his duties.

Mike is an IT manager at HP Labs, and Louise a District Nurse (Click here for a picture of Louise in uniform). Most of what we do is on this site. We're currently living in Boston USA. Which is a great place, and we'll be sad to leave when we do.

Sam was born on the 21st April 2002, weighing in at 8lb 6oz. He's a good boy (how can you be bad at that age?) but now we really know the meaning of the sleepless night. He's having lots of adventures - so check his site here.
